What “tamper-evident” means here
EasyAgree should not be read as magic legal enforcement. It creates a record that is hard to silently change later because the receipt, package manifest, file fingerprints, timestamps, and public proof stamp all need to line up.
PDF receipt
A readable record for everyday storage, printing, clients, taxes, and disputes.
Portable proof package
A ZIP archive with the receipt, manifest, checksums, and available original files.
File fingerprints
A privacy-safe way to later check whether files match the approved record.
Recipient approval
The recipient uses a secure link and confirms intent before the final record is created.

After approval, both sides can keep a PDF receipt and portable proof package.

Upload the package later to check whether the receipt, manifest, and files still match the original record.
If EasyAgree-hosted files expire after your plan retention period, your downloaded proof package can still be checked later as long as you kept the package and files.
